Fickle Weather #sol16 Day 18

Today the sun was shining. It was a bit frosty when we got up this morning, but stayed in the mid-60s throughout the day.  Nice enough for my new RTTH tshirt and a light jacket.  Perfect!

Tomorrow, however, not so much.  The chance of rain is high, but worse than that it’s going to be COLD. Like, it’s not getting over the 30s.  UGH.

I hate packing for trips where the weather is different. It was in the 80s in Alabama when packing for this trip, which makes it very confusing.  Who knows if I actually have warm enough clothes.

I’m ready for the weather to be consistent for a little while, so I can know what to expect and then enoy it.  Can you tell I’m not a spontaneous person?  Ha!

Sidenote, it’s getting very hard to come up with ideas this late at night while on vacation, so my writing is suffering, but I will NOT give up on at least writing something everyday.  Monday will be better.  Lots of ideas for upcoming posts when I have time and energy to think!

Hope the weather is nicer and the writing easier where ever you are!

I’m trying to write for 31 days straight with the Slice of Life challenge from Two Writing Teachers.  Wish me luck!!

  1. Our weather here in Iowa is kind of fickle also. It has been nice, but now that we are heading into spring break week, it is supposed to get cold and that nasty snow word is in the forecast.
