I’m going to be quick tonight because I have SO much to do! Spring break is the week after next (hallelujah!), but today was my last day at school this week! I have a four day weekend!
Tomorrow, two of my best friends and riding buddies are headed to Kentucky to attend Road to the Horse. It’s going to be awesome!
Basically, three horse trainers each get a brand new colt that hasn’t been trained or worked with. They have two days to work with the colt in front of a live audience and on the third day, they have to show what the horse can do. Eek! So excited!
So folks, I hope you’re having a great week. I’m going to check in each night while I’m away, but it’s going to make this challenge that much tougher.

I just read a slice about a puppy, and now you going to watch colts?? I’m bummed that we won’t be getting any calves this spring so I could be joining in with the baby animal talk! Enjoy your time with your friends and with the horses! 🙂

I’m guessing the three of you are about to tame a horse. That sounds like such a fun challenge. I’m sure it will be an adventure that will lead you to some good stories.
